Change Activity Goals on the Apple Watch in watchOS 7

Kirk McElhearn shows you how to do something in watchOS 7 that you should have been able to do from the beginning – (slightly) change the Exercise and Stand Rings from the defaults to increments in 5 minutes and one hour respectively.

It still doesn’t go far enough though. Apple treats every day the exact same. But we all know that’s not true. It would be better if Apple looked at a Big Picture – that is, let me change Ring amounts based on the day of the week. For example, I’m more able to get out and exercise on the weekends so let me up the Ring amounts for Saturday and Sunday. Others may want to do the opposite. Regardless, we should be able to customize these numbers to our choosing, not Apple’s defaults.
